Staff COVID-19 Vaccinations: We are grateful and excited to share that the majority of our staff have received the first dose of the COVID-19 vaccination. Our staff will be completely vaccinated by mid-February. We have maintained all rigorous protocols of wearing masks, daily temperature checks, and reduced appointment availability to slow the spread of the virus. Patients’ health and safety is our top priority on our shared path back to reopening safely.

What we need from you:

• Online check-in prior to arrival to avoid waiting room congestion

• Mask or face covering

• Temperature check & COVID screening questionnaire upon arrival

• Ask your non-essential friends and family members to wait outside

What we’ve changed to keep you safe:

• Staff COVID-19 vaccinations

• Virtual visits

• Team member daily temperature checks

• Disinfecting all high touch surfaces between each patient

• Washing/sanitizing hands before and after seeing each patient

• Reduced appointment availability to limit the number of patients in the office at a time.
